Festival of Sharing

Only 2 weeks left to get your hygiene kits in for the Festival of Sharing. We'd sure like to have a few more. Please turn them in before September 25th. You can also donate money for the Personal Energy Transportation units (P.E.T.)
Here's a list for the kits:
All items must be new and towels should not be washed!
1 hand towel, 15 x 28 inches to 16 x 32 inches (No fingertip, bath or microfiber towels)
1 washcloth
1 wide-tooth comb—remove packaging
1 nail clippers—remove packaging
1 bar of bath-size soap—in package
1 toothbrush— do not remove from original packaging
10 standard size adhesive bandages
1 plastic one-gallon size sealable bag onlynull

Prayer Shawl Ministry

Calling all crafters who crochet, knit, sew or quilt to join the Prayer Shawl Ministry group in making prayer shawls for church members who could use our caring and support in difficult times.  Our first get together of the Fall will be with Pastor Steve on Thursday, Sept 12, 2019,  11:00 a.m. at the church.    If you have any questions, or would like to learn more, please contact Delores Rowe at 885-7197.


Openings in the Early Childhood Enrichment Program

Did you know that some of the benefits of early childhood education are socialization, cooperation, enthusiasm for lifelong learning, respect, teamwork, resilience, concentration, patience and confidence? Wow! 
Kids in our Early Childhood Enrichment program (ECE) benefit from small class sizes with two teachers, who guide them through the morning, with snack time, art, storytime, music, indoor and outdoor playtime, and more! 
We still have a few openings. Monday/Wednesday and Tuesday/Thursday from 8:30-11:30 for $70 per month.

Back to School Blessings

nullBack to School Blessing

At both of our Sunday services on August 18th, we will feature a Back to School Blessing for all students, Sunday School teachers, regular school teachers, school staff, bus drivers, cooks, teacher aides and anybody else that works at a school. Please join us to send special prayers to all as they embark on a new school year.


Our church bus will head out on Sunday, August 18th at 5 pm.  You are invited to join us for a caravan of prayer to our schools.  The group will leave the church at 5 pm and travel together to each school in our community to pray for the students, teachers and administrators as they prepare to begin the new school year.


Lifetouch Picture Directory Sign Ups!

null Since it’s been over 3 years since ourlast pictorial directory and we’ve had so many changes in our church, we thought it would be time for a new one! Every person/family that gets their picture taken gets a free 8x10 and a free directory.  You can buy more pictures if you want, but that’s not required.  Photo sessions will be September 18th-21st.  The cool thing is that YOU can sign up now using the link on our webpage. Click here to sign up! We are now signing up people on Sundays at church between service, during fellowship time, and after late service.  We want everyone to be part of this useful directory. 


Aladdin Performance

nullThe children have been working hard all week.  We hope you can come see them Saturday, July 27th at 3:00 or 5:30.

Join Aladdin as he ventures into a swirling sandstorm of famous Arabian Tales from Ali Baba to Scheherazade and even Sinbad the Sailor when the Missoula Children's Theatre and more than 50 local students perform an original musical adaptation, ALADDIN.

The local cast features Nathan Lankford as Aladdin and Whitney McCanles as his Mother. Lillie Davidson as Princess Dory and Mikalah Scott as her father the Sultan, along with his adviser the Grand Vizier played by Lydia Morris.  McKenna Mason and Reese Potter are the keeper of the Book of Answers, Dinazade and her sister Scheherazade. Natalee Newman, the Mysterious One and Sloan Roberts, Annie Johnson, and Kaysen Nold as the mischievous Genies. A stubborn Donkey and spunky Goat are played by Emma Petry and Lydia Harrison. Scheming Cassim and Ali Baba played by Kaydith Maddox and Landon Corson, Sinbad, Travis Young and his Sailors Brooklyn Johnson, Owen Cambell, Bailey Klahs, A J Phillips, Amber Willcockson, Aubrey Springer, Ellie Bettencourt, Kaitlyn Seaton, Abrielle Jones, and Julianna Weiner, wise-cracking Palm Trees played by Ava Potter and Chloe Evans, and Kaylee Miller, Kaley Pennington and Hailey Stockdall as fleet-footed Camels. The Cave of Wonders are played by Nathan Anderson, Bebe Palmer, Elizabeth Weiner, Alexis Scott and Jocelyn Himes. Vagabonds played by Sabryna Stephens, Paytyn Wareham, Faith Klahs, Chloe Long, Alana Buce, Andrew McCord, Ashton Rullman, Reese Hartgrave, Sienna Raysik, Claire Baker, and a pack of lost Penguins are played by Lynnex Mothersbaugh, Harper Stockdall, Reagan Bettencourt, Annabella Morris, Liam Ferrin, Audrey Harrison, SaraKate Himes, Jace Nold, Mia Espinoza, and Greta Huenefeldt. Serving as Assistant Directors will be Lincoln Cambell, Ethan Gaul, and Maddy Gaul.

ALADDIN will be presented Saturday, July 27th at 3:00 PM and 5:30 PM at the Clinton High School Performing Arts Center. Tickets are $5.00 for adults and $3.00 for students (K-12).  Younger children will be admitted free.  Tickets are available at the door.
